These services and reports are available to participants in the AHP Performance Benchmarking Service Only.
Published Reports
Based on AHP Performance Benchmarking Service participant requests, AHP publishes reports to assist with analysis and interpretation of data. Participants can, with a larger degree of certainty than ever before, distinguish what actions and programs work best to build their programs and increase giving. A "sneak peek" for Report II for FY 2009 is available below.

Presenations Tools
If you are a participant of the AHP Performance Benchmarking Service and would like to purchase a presentation tool listed below, go to the order form, located in the Downloads menu of the AHP Performance Benchmarking database.
Benchmarking Results Presentation Tool (PowerPoint)
A book of templates for you to use to display your data. This tool is created in PowerPoint with slides designed to assist you with your presentation to the executive suite. The template, which is to be edited by the participant, provides placeholders to insert your own organization’s data and includes reports from the database with comparison data (overall and for high performers). A completed template for “Foundation X” is provided as a guide as well as instructions on how to run the necessary reports to complete the presentation with your own data. Variables included: entity type, region (states/provinces), operating revenue of hospital or system, campaign involvement, number of direct staff, fundraising expense budget, maturity of operation. In order to use the tool, participants should be comfortable running reports in the database.

Custom Benchmarking Results Presentation Tool (PowerPoint)
AHP will run the reports for your organization to create the PowerPoint presentation tool outlined above. The end product is a complete PowerPoint presentation with your own organization’s data inserted. Price $1500
Custom Benchmarking Results Presentation
Tool with customized data searches
AHP will provide a complete Benchmarking Results Presentation (described above) with additional data searches. These data searches would be for grouping beyond what is offered in the online software (e.g. service region demographics). This data would then be used to create a completed report (PowerPoint) with executive summary. Price $3,800, subject to change based on the number and/or complexity of the customized searches and analysis.
Half-Day presentation (virtual or in person)
Schedule a half-day presentation by AHP to present key findings and interpretation of the data for your organization. Price includes the Custom Benchmarking Presentation Tool with customized data searches (described above).
Virtual Meeting: Price $5,000
In Person Meeting (includes 2 AHP associates):
Price $7,000 + travel costs and expenses, price subject to change based on the number and/or complexity of the customized searches and analysis.
