This report is based on a survey of fundraising professionals in the health care environment and is sponsored by the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP). Using job descriptions developed by AHP, respondents were asked to describe individual and institutional characteristics and their current and previous salaries. This survey is conducted every 2 years.
