Webb, FAHP, vice president at Rockingham Memorial Hospital (RMH) Foundation, Shenandoah Valley, Va., has been elected to a one-year term as secretary-treasurer of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP). He also has been recognized by the local Association of Fundraising Professionals as “Fundraiser of the Year.”
Mr. Webb received his bachelor’s degree from Spring Arbor University, Spring Arbor, Mich. and his MBA from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. As a serious amateur photographer, he has won several awards and a number of his photos are on display in the new RMH hospital.
