For individuals who are ineligible for Individual, Institutional or Affiliate membership (e.g. students, board members, and individuals employed by any proprietary health care institution). Membership dues are $315 per year. All associate dues are on an anniversary billing schedule.
Consultants and vendors are not eligible for this membership type and should contact AHP for Affiliate membership information.
