What is included in the exhibit booth fee?

The booth fee includes all standard pipe and draping, one company I.D. sign, company listing and exhibitor description in the conference program book, four complimentary conference registrations for your exhibit representatives, and the advanced and final conference registration lists.

How do we obtain hotel reservations?

The Westin Peachtree Plaza will have a special discounted room rate for the conference.  Please check back in May 2012 for further details regarding this rate and how to secure your reservation.

What is the Consultant Center?

The Consultant Center, located in the exhibit hall, is a paneled wall lined with acrylic brochure holders and company I.D. signs (one brochure holder and I.D. sign per company), where materials and brochures can be displayed. The purpose of the Consultant Center is to provide consultants with a place to display their information and to meet with clients without having to maintain a full exhibit booth.

What are the important dates?

March 30– Cancellations received after this date will not be issued a refund.

October 5– Advanced conference registration list (electronic, in Excel format
only) sent to exhibitors (to contact listed on registration form).

November 5 – Post-conference electronic attendee list (electronic, in Excel format
only) sent to exhibitors (sent to contact listed on registration form).


How can I increase my attendee exposure at the conference?

The answer is advertising! Advertising in the conference program book allows attendees to see your support for the association. The conference program book includes detailed course descriptions, a daily schedule, and exhibit hall and Consultant Center descriptions. For ad rates and sizes, please visit the AHP Web site Display Advertising. The ad reservation deadline is July 9, 2012.
   

What is included in the Consultant Center fee?

Consultant Center exhibitors receive a company listing and exhibitor description in the conference program book, two complimentary conference registrations for their Consultant Center representatives, one full set of conference meal tickets, and the advanced and final conference registration lists.

What is the Consultant Center special rate?

This special reduced rate is for small consulting firms (one- to two-person shops only).

What is not included in the exhibit booth and Consultant Center fees?

These fees do not include furniture rental, additional carpet rental, shipping and drayage fees, display set-up fees, exhibit rental fees, extra signage, additional representatives (beyond the complimentary registrations included with your fee), additional meal tickets, and electrical and Internet services.

Where is the exhibit space located?

In the America's Mart (2nd level) attached to the Westin Peachtree Plaza.   

Is the exhibit hall carpeted?

Yes, Additional carpeting may be rented through AHP’s decorator.

How do we obtain furniture, labor, drayage service, and other equipment and services?

All information about the decorator will be provided by Alliance Exposition Services.

How do we obtain hotel reservations?

The Westin Peachtree Plaza is offering AHP conference attendees a special room rate to be determined.  The AHP room block may sell out prior to the cutoff date, so we encourage you to make your reservation early. Reservations made after the cutoff date, will be accepted on a space and-rate-available basis.

What is the conference attire?

Dress for all sessions is business casual. Business casual is defined as collared shirts, slacks, and optional sport coats for men; and casual shirts, and slacks or dresses for women.
